Great location for watches and they got a great collection and an even better customer service. I once walked in with my seiko watch to get the bracelet fixed by them and they fixed it not just for free but also when I had not even purchased the seiko from them. That's customer service that makes impacts and due to that I decided to get my aplanist from them. Must I say they didn't have this is stock and this in the after markets is traded for $100-$200 more then retail. But yet they charged me only the retail price for it. And gave me there last piece they had in the back storage.

I can't say enough good things about Kavar. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They were patient and helpful as my husband and I picked out and purchased our wedding rings. They have been incredibly helpful with any repairs and sizings since we purchased our rings. Best jewelry store in Brampton!!

I had a great time looking for a Christmas gift for my husband! Kristen was absolutely AMAZING and so were the other staff (Stacy and Kerry) that I met. They gave me a really good deals on the watches I bought, and I even came back with my husband after Christmas to look at some more!They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! It made the shopping experience 10 times better. Happy to know we have somewhere local to buy our jewelry from now.Thanks Kristen!

As always, Kavar Jewellers at BCC exceeds expectations! Beautiful selection of quality jewellery, good prices, and friendly staff! Mary S. was so helpful and patient with my indecisiveness!! I didn’t have a set idea, so Mary took the time to show me various options and was very knowledgeable and kind.She showed us a gorgeous necklace with a delicate chain that said “Love”. At first glance, I thought it said “Dave” - my hubby’s name! So, “Love” (or “Dave”) was a perfect choice.Thank you Mary and team for your friendly and professional service!
