I ordered a medium French vanilla, but I found out that the cup was half full of the coffee.Why I should pay for service I didn’t received.No training for the staff at all !!!!!!

I am sad to say this is the Tim Hortons I pass and go to daily. The manager has a very poor attitude towards customers and staff! Also I go here almost every morning rarely they have ice always same excuse they haven’t got their delivery. You would think if your running out you would order more to satisfy the needs of your store. They also very much so cater to drive thru.

Today Drive to this Tim Horton location the the young girl attending by 6:20 is so rude to costumers I place and order one ICE CUP and green tea the Ice Cup is not well made and low for a medium ice CUP the worst she rude

4 days in a row i have gotten coffees from this location and today the bottom of my cup was filled with grinds. Not acceptable. Ive been to 3 locations in Milton and seems like they are all the same.
