I went there 2 times and this place literally have everything! And with a good price too! The goods have great quality. Also the customer service is super great.

Bought an inflatable boat and was excited to try it out. I inflated it in my home just to see the actual size and it felt too small.Even though it was never used on the water, completely brand new condition, the store wouldn't take the return because the box had been opened. Literally all they have to do is tape the box and it can go back on the shelf since everything is still brand new. I also tried to compromise and asked for store credit but the guy said no they will only do exchanges.I'd recommend going to walmart or amazon or literally any other store so you wouldn't have to deal with Canadian Tire's return policies and this store's emotionless staff.

Very small location. Always a huge line up at check out. The staff aren't as knowledgeable as other locations. Had to do a return today and unlike other locations where you go to the return desk, here the return desk clerk said to go wait in the huge main purchase line up. Recommend going the extra distance to another location.

The South Surrey location is usually well stocked and customer service desk and cashiers are always very courteous. Plan your visits ahead to take maximum advantage of their discounts and CT money offers. Their website is very useful and gives item location which makes in-store shopping a breeze.

I had a great experience with Shane. He was totally understanding when I had a return regarding Christmas lights I had previously been told I could return from the past season. I kept the receipt and everything and explained my situation. He was completely understanding as a manager. The return agent at customer service (a lady in her mid 40s) didn't believe me and was dismissive and almost rude, even though I told her I had already talked to manager about this issue. She didn't believe me and continue to argue that I couldn't return it, I said repeatedly just phone him up. Thankfully Shane came on the line and was able to explain the situation (that I previously explained) and she begrudgingly gave me the refund. I'm glad there are great employees like Shane that can lead by example for poorer performing employees like the lady at the return desk. Thanks so much again Shane!

Very organized and clean store, items are easy to find.Excellent customer service, girl that was stocking shelves, walked pretty much through out the whole store, to help me find everything, I was looking for that day.Lots of wonderful inventory, for fans and heaters, but this product in the pictures, is something I like the most, reasonable pricing, comes with remote and has lots of functions, along with quiet operation and a 1 year warranty.Friendly reminder to other customers:If you do have second thoughts on items, make sure its not opened!!!!!Things that have missing company product tags and opened boxes are EXCHANGES ONLY"A store credit will be given out

I love this place, very deserving staff and location to get over 5 STAR rates. I had a flat tire and went to a different shop to fix it, and they said they couldn't fix it and needed to repace the tire. I came here, and they fixed it, saving me lots of money. Highly recommend them.

Centrally located. However, the website does not show sale pricing. I had a hard time finding the faucet I was looking for as I was trying to match up the general appearance of it and the price from their website.Seasonal department is a disorganized mess. Home Depot and Jysk do a far better job pricing and presenting their products. Shopping summer furniture here could definitely benefit from greater attention and merchandising.

was seeking for a product that the website said was in stock. unable to find it in the store. gave up and continued surfing elsewhere. I was kindly questioned by a store employee about my needs. I informed him that while the item was listed on the website, it wasn't in stock. He kindly encouraged me to keep seeking, and with his diligent assistance, I was able to locate the object. Yahoo!Also, the cashier was friendly and helpful. My shopping experience today was excellent.
