Lorraine does a wonderful job grooming my dog. While my dog isn't huge, she loves to swim and roll in the mud so I know she's not easy to groom but she never complains.

Not impressed. Didn't even ask my dog's name. Nails were long going in. Barely trimmed and questioning if he was bathed. I've taken my dog to Melanie's on the Mountain and his nails were long going to Mel also. She did an amazing job!! Tried Loraine due to the proximity from home, won't return. Into the hammer to see Ms Mel with my Chico

Best Local Groomer Around In Caledonia. She Did An Amazing Job On My Dog. Got My Dog Groomed Last At Ruffins In Town & They Butcherd The Thing.. Never Again... Anyways, I Would Highly recommend Lorraine's Dog Grooming. Its a Homehold Business, But She Has 35 Years Of Grooming experience & Has Reasonables Prices! My Dog Was $40 Flat ! No Other Grooming Business Came Close To That ! So Happy With The Results

Lorraine seems like a lovely lady and attentive groomer. I decided to try since my newly retired service dog has very sensitive skin and required a bath after her vacation. However, she just doesn't compare in value to my current groomer who charges me nearly half of what Lorraine did (and picks up and drops off my dog). Also, she is a heavy smoker so my dog comes home smelling heavily of smoke which is aggravating my asthma. I look forward to my regular groomer healing up after a hand injury and would likely not use this service again.

First few visits, a decent job was done on our 2 dogs. The affordable price was the best asset. The last visit, neither dog was bathed (a scented spray was all that was obviously used). Nails were not trimmed. Ear and face trimming was uneven. Dogs were shaking for some time upon arriving home. Never again

I have been going to Lorraine for 3 years now. I actually moved an hour away and I STILL go to her because she is the best. She not only does the exact cut that I want for my dog, but she does it fat and efficiently for the best price I’ve EVER paid for a dog cut. She is super friendly and remembers myself and my dog which makes for strong customer service. She is truly the best - there is nobody I would rather go to!

Lorraine is great with dogs and does a fantastic job! My dog has a hard time letting anyone cut his fur but as soon as I started bringing him to Lorraine she gets the job done everytime :) I highly recommend her
