The staff here really cares about their customers and their satisfaction if something isn’t right, they also work extremely hard, as someone who comes in pretty much every day for an iced coffee, extra cream and no liquid cane, if it happens to be busy and they make a mistake…there’s no attitude, they’re so nice. As someone who’s worked in the customer service/food industry (starbucks) in the past, I know good customer service when I see it! Absolutely lovely people who work immensely hard in a difficult customer service job.PS: the new hire, Adam, works his butt off!! an absolute all-star, he’s always running around doing his job super efficiently. He’s definitely become my favourite very quickly :) Great job Adam!

the food was okay at this location. It is really tiny inside but I think it's okay for the location. I love the outside design and the service was quick.

For McDonald's, this is our favorite location. The day manager (Indian fellow. Cant remember his name) is superb at his job and delivers the best service. Food is always good for McDonald's quality and if they miss something, they are quick to fix it.

Every single time I've ordered something the fries are either cold or luke warm and limp. Never hot and fresh, drive through staff are not switched on, constantly having to repeat myself

For the last about 3-4 months no matter what we order, when we order, or how many items we order we do not get what we order, items are missing and customizations are either not done or done incorrectly. I get that mistakes happen but it’s getting really out of hand at this location. Nothing is correct and often times the burgers/ sandwiches are smashed and a total mess.

Only reason not giving one star was we have a had ok service here before but this time, the food was horrible. Burgers were nearly unedible due to the very stale buns.Food was put together with no care at all ( the pic of Mc chicken says it all ). Unfortunate that you spend $40 on lunch and it looks just as bad as it tastes.They also forgot a burger, thankfully I checked before I drove away ( because that would not be the first time this location forgot something in our order ).No reason for food to he such low quality as I drove right up to the window. There was no one else behind or infront of me ordering ?!?

Poor service, and poor maintenance. The location is dirty and the staff wasn't nice to me. The food is normal if not worst than the average McDonald's.

The food was fine but I have issues with the drive-thru order taker. She has an absolutely grating customer service voice" for the first part of the order then comes off as rude for the rest of the order and while taking payment. I know it is strange complaint to have but I know people will know exactly what I am talking about. Please choose one personality drive-thru person!"

Lately they have been doing grate. Grate service and foodMostly night shifts.rootbeer is way better. Thanks. The food was good and as expected by Mc D's no complaints for that lately Staff are friendly. Thanks for the better service

Staff experience is inconsistent and usually on the lower quality end of good. CHECK YOUR BAG before driving away; items often get missed. Food is regular quality for McDonald's. I like that I can use the app to get my order in so there is no confusion over the speaker for what I want.
