My favourite glasses brand! I got a Gillespie L a while back. However, I accidentally broke the frame, while the lens is still good. I just walked in and got a replacement frame while re-using the lens. The gentleman at the store carefully adjusted the frame to cater to my face. Overall, super satisfied, and will continue to shop here!

I got my first pair of new glasses in a very long time at Ollie Quinn. My entire experience there, from the optometrist to the opticians and sales was fantastic. The optometrist and opticians were very nice, and the sales people were patient, informative, and really helpful. I definitely recommend them!

I waited a little bit before leaving my review, but after a couple weeks I can happily recommend this store!The first step of bringing my prescription in and finding frames was great, Hector (I hope I remember the name correctly) helped me try styles that would fit me. He actually went outside what I had originally said I wanted (after giving me a few options that aligned with my request) and he found something I would not have tried by myself but I couldn’t be happier with the choice! They do direct insurance billing and had no trouble finding my policy.After taking my measurements, I was told my glasses would be ready in a week or 2. I have a low prescription and was pleasantly surprised when only a few days later I got the call that my glasses were ready. They came in a nice, triangular case that can fold flat when not in use. This being my first time wearing glasses the staff was great at giving me tips to get used to using them. The glasses themselves feel light but good quality.So overall, great customer service and quality frames, couldn’t ask for more!

Really appreciate Cody taking care of repairing my glasses despite them being from another manufacturer and giving me some solid, unbiased advice about my eye health! Lovely person and great service. Thanks so much :)

Super helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure that you get the right glasses/ contact lenses. Couldn’t ask for better service. A wide choice of frames, all of which are reasonably priced and delivered quickly after ordering. Highly recommend!

Rylee, took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided expert advice on which frames would suit my face shape and style. I really appreciated the patience and attention to detail from everyone. The store has a wide variety of stylish and high-quality frames to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. Amazing customer experience.I got there alone thinking that It would take me years to select the right frames and actually was the opposite. Eduardo who is the manager, so relaxed and always keen to help you in any possible way as well as the rest of the staff, gave me his most honest opinion when I was trying to select 2 out the the 10 options I had on the table.This is my second time having my eye frames done with Ollie Queen and every time my expectation are exceeded.Ollie Queen works with Direct Billing if you have insurance benefits.

I have been purchasing glasses here for many years. Recently purchased 2 pairs of prescription glasses. Great selection of frames,and extremely helpful staff. Price point is good and quality excellent. I still have a pair from 6 years ago which I keep for emergencies as my prescription hasn’t changed much.There was a slight mix up on the frames I ordered.But it was dealt with efficiently and the reorder was rushed so I was not waiting to long.Highly recommend for style,fitting, quality of glasses and helpfulness of staff.
