I would highly recommend Cartwright Appraisals services. I needed a appraisal completed quickly and Jeff was very accommodating to meet my deadline. He also walked me through any potential issues with the appraisal and kept in close contact until everything was completed. Barbara was the appraiser who completed the inspection and report and she got the inspection scheduled extremely quickly and the report completed very soon after.
