General banking is ok and Jennifer is great. However the three mortgage ladies are pretty terrible and weird. They have problem with each other and complaint each other in front of customers. Looks like they have tons of dramas between themselves. If you are a real estate broker, make sure don’t refer your clients there unless you are willing to get rid of them. If you are getting your own mortgage done, stay away from them, they likely give you the highest rate and screw your credits.

If you visit this branch, ask for Jennifer Brown the personal banker. Her attitude is so professional and caring towards the clients. Excellent customer service.

I would say for sure this branch has the best customer service and banking possible for people. Everyone who works at the bank branch is always being professional, helpful, friendly, and most importantly they really work for you and your best interest. Every time it’s a joyful experience to go there and always get the things done exceptionally well. Thank you so much!

Staff at this branch seriously need more training to understand their own business. Following the instructions of the BMO website, I stopped by to drop off some documents but staff at this branch have no clue about their internal doc transfer process. So I had to visit another branch. Use this branch for ATM only I guess.

I wanted to open a business account and met Farial Basharmal at the 3 Clair RD location. She listened me very carefully and helped me open and choose the right account for my business needs. I was very impressed from her professionalism and super helpful attitude. The entire account opening process went very smooth and I was very happy from her services.If you are planning to open the bank account or looking to get a credit card, she is the right person to discuss with. Terrible service. Nobody at the branch answers the phones, not even the direct lines. They are not that busy 24/7 that they cannot answer or return calls. I've been waiting a week now just to have an account adjustment done.The hours are also terrible - how is anyone supposed to goto the bank if they work 9am-5pm?

I've historically not been a big fan of BMO. However at this branch there is a young lady named Jasmine that has made our experience awesome. Dealing with a difficult situation with the loss of a loved one and she was absolutely amazing. Helpful, understanding and with compassion, she helped us through the steps and made the experience easy. So friendly and simply a delight to deal with.

Please read on, I could not make this up even if I tried… On Dec. 31 I visited this branch to deposit some client cheques into my small business account at the ATM. During one transaction, after inserting a cheque in the amount of $30k the ATM went into a reboot procedure, returned my card, however not the cheque. After lining up and visiting a teller we determined that the cheque amount had not been received; the amount not credited to the account nor received and placed on hold. The cheque was not a personal or hand-written cheque, it was a printed cheque from one of Ontario’s hydro companies. Very long and painful story short, this branch’s incompetence, which through my continued observations and in my opinion rests with the branch manager and not the workers behind the scenes, has lead to this matter still being unresolved as of the date of this posting. I was assured a call from this branch on Jan. 18 at the latest with an update however have heard nothing as of the date of this posting. I am trying to operate a small business during a pandemic and a $30k cheque is big for us, and I am frustrated beyond belief at this branch’s continued lack of inaction. Strongly suggest any readers to consider their banking options prior to settling on BMO or this branch in particular.
