Excellent service. The text to my number reminding me that my clothes were ready is a great touch!

Moe was amazing. My brand new puffer vest suffered a major accident - red lipstick. I didn’t even have my vest for a month. Did I mention it is white? Moe got the stain out asap and knowing how anxious I was, he was sending me photos during the entire process to bring me peace of mind. This is truly service. Thank you!

They agreed to pick up clothes from my residence for dry cleaning and never showed up. They kept us waiting by messaging us that they are close and will be there soon. Very unprofessional behavior. If you cannot offer a service, don't advertise that you can.

I'm a regular user of their wash and fold services. I had a good impression on my first visit, but most times I came back for a wash and fold the attendants didn't seemed to not know that his service is offered or how to process ot (i.e weigh the clothes and give me an invoice). I had to leave my clothes without any proof od receipt or invoice and trust that they would be properly weighted and returned. They never seemed to loose any of my items butast time someone else's blanket was misplaced and included in my laundry bag when it was returned. I hope this improves if their employees are trained and gain a bit of experience over time. I still plan to use the service but will keep a close eye to make note of any missing items. Will update this review if my experience changed for better or worse in the future.

I’ve been impressed trough years for the amazing owner service!They actually take care of needs as a stains and even for loose buttons. Clothes come back impeccable.Alterations on site are also great.Great service and care! They do a great job! Many Thanks!!

WHAT A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE.I recently went to The Preeners in Oakville to get my Rudsak jacket dry cleaned so that I could put it away for the winter. This company ruined my jacket after I asked for them to return it for WEEKS and not send it out to the plant.I called them everyday, asking what was going on and if they were able to to clean my jacket without ruining it. They never gave me a straight answer which is what made me nervous and want to get my jacket back so that I could take it somewhere else.The jacket I took in was a limited edition, Winter Rudsak jacket with down filling fur and a leather trim. These cleaners ruined the colour and offered me $500 at first as compensation. I paid over $1000 for my jacket, but it wasn't even about the money. I just wanted my jacket back as it cannot be found anymore.The owner Mohammad was extremely manipulative on the phone with me and said he wanted to make me happy and would purchase a new coat to replace the one that had gotten ruined. He told me to send him similar coats online so I did. They ranged from $1000-1200 dollars (same price I paid for my coat). He refused to purchase me a new coat and said his budget was $1000.I have never had such an upsetting experience and terribly regret ever taking my jacket here. I should have gone anywhere else. I am all the more upset because I had asked for my jacket back for weeks due to a bad feeling and they would not return my property. They sent it out to the plant anyway where it got ruined.Furthermore, when I asked for them to return my jacket to me so that I could donate it, they refused and essentially told me to go away.BE WARY ABOUT BRINGING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.

Best dry cleaner in town. I drive from the far east side of downtown to The Preeners and I'm happy to do it. Their service is first-rate and the quality of the cleaning is the best.

We have been using The Preeners for a few years now. Always had reliable excellent service. This weekend they went above and beyond great service and helped us with an urgent suit dry cleaning. The owner was very helpful and considerate in helping us get the cleaning done om short notice!! Thanks again for great customer service.
