Phenominal Dealership! I purchased a 2023 Tacoma last November, Jeff was a huge help in working out the details of the purchase. The service I have received since then is amazing as well. I've put 40,000k on my truck already and everytime I bring it in for an Oil change (every 8,000k) Mitch and the rest of the team are great to work with and take great care of the truck.

Bought a Jeep off them, it had problems all around and they said it was fine. Ended up paying 2500$ to fix after the purchase. They just want to get rid of cars as fast as possible. Get a 3rd party inspection. Their service team is great, but as far as I’m concerned they lied about the condition of the car and their sales team don’t care about their customers.

I would 100% recommend High River Toyota for all or any of your vehicle needs. I just recently purchased my dream vehicle from the wonderful team and couldn’t be happier. I had the pleasure of working along side Jeff Schmidt who made the process as smooth and effortless than I ever thought possible. In 4 short days I walked in with my old vehicle and walked out with my new one. There aren’t enough positive things I can say about this place. But it was hands down the best experience I’ve had while purchasing a new vehicle. Great job!

I wanted to take the time to thank High River for the personalized service I received. They took the time with me to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and got me set up with the perfect vehicle that suited me that was on the lot!!! (A rarity these days). They did not try to upsell me and introduced me to everyone including the service manager. Jeff was very honest and down to earth – it didn’t feel like a transaction but rather talking to someone I knew about the car I wanted. I live in the opposite end of Calgary from High River (deep NW) and would recommend this dealership and specifically Jeff as the product advisor to anyone I know.
