The Stone Solution

So: I emailed The Stone Solution today at 8:05 am. Manny called me about 14 minutes after he opened, and we had a deal and a time to do my small repair & resealing, TODAY. John was here on time, and in 2 hours my counters looked better than new, and the tiny chip was invisibly mended. I am thrilled. Wish I could give them more business, but I will absolutely recommend this shop!(Backstory: I had accepted a quote from a different granite repair place on July 28. Heard nothing for a month, then calls weren’t returned and dates were loosey-goosey, so today I ran out of patience. I can’t wait until they call me....)I wish I had called The Stone Solution first. !!

Our countertops were installed yesterday and they are fantastic. Manny was so easy to deal with and gave great advice on decisions needing to be made! Would definitely recommend working with The Stone Solution!

I shopped around a bit for my countertops and in the end, I just went with my gut instinct when choosing The Stone Solution, they just seemed like people I would want to work with. I was right! I had such a positive experience with these guys, and my countertops are absolutely gorgeous! Jessica was really knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, and Manny really knew his stuff! He made some small suggestions before install that really made a huge difference in how awesome our house looks. The team that came to install were very professional and great. We had a 10 foot island done, as well as the rest of our kitchen, with side panels, and our 3 bathroom vanities. We had a lot of work done by them. Everything was top quality and the overall experience was really, really great. Their prices are competitive too. I have done a lot of renovations with experiences all over the spectrum of good and bad...and I can say with confidence that I highly recommend these guys for your countertops.

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the Stone Solution. They had a great selection of remnant pieces and we were able to get both of our bathroom vanities done with new quartz for an extremely reasonable price, including install and sinks! The owners are both really lovely and great to work with. They were on time, cleaned up really well before they left and the end product looks great. A great place to look for an easy and cost effective bathroom update.

Arrived at the store with no one there other than 2 dogs inside that had went through the garbage and layed it out all over the floor. I'm all for having pets at work but c'mon. When I finally found someone, they weren't able to get me a price or quote, and kind of lacked knowledge on the products(comparing to other places i went) they said they would call me back. Never heard from them again. Needless to say i bought my quartz counter top elsewhere the same day.

Unfortunately, I cannot assign zero stars.I would not repeat not recommend this company to perform modifications on an existing granite counter top.Even though the required specs sheet was provided to the personnel prior to the work being performed they managed to recut the opening to the wrong dimensions which were supposed to be 30 inches.Now the front of the cutout is 30 and 1/8 inch and the back is 30 and 3/8 inch. Ruining a perfectly good countertop worth a few thousand dollars by unprofessional work.When the owner of the company was contacted and asked to drop by to see what can be done to remedy the above fiasco all he did is call us and offer to give back $100.00, adding insult to injury.

We just had beautiful quartz countertops installed and we couldn't be happier. The staff at Stone Solution are very friendly and professional and we highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done !

Owner and staff are great people and provided excellent service. I recommend them for any stone work.

A corner of our granite countertop broke off when a picture frame fell on it, we contacted many places and many wouldn't do the repair or simply didn't show up when they said they would. Stone Solution showed up when promised and did a fantastic job with the repair, I can't even see the crack and I looked really hard for it. We were very happy to have that finally fixed.
