Used Cotty's for several years and have found the staff to be very polite and pay close attention to detail. I have brought my family alterations in, including my wedding gown and my kids special occasion dresses and suits. They have always done a good job. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

The owner is extremely rude. I inquired about a discount through my work and he said it only applies to union members, I explained that I am a union member and he went on to say it doesn't apply to you". No idea why. My bill came to $200

Went in expecting to take 3 days to have my clothes returned to me like I did at the other cleaner in town. Went into the Cotty's across from the University and had my clothes back the next afternoon. Great job and a fair price, for 3 bucks a shirt saves me 25 minutes of trying to iron a shirt.

The Owner Kim is very accommodating when I had my pants hemmed, the work was amazing, I didn’t even had to try it on I gave Kim my old pants and she was able to have all of my pants hemmed perfectly and fit well, I recommend if you like good service and quality work, come and support your local business like Cotty!

Had my suits cleaned here and came back as promised. Much better now that this location is Cotty's. The old one was a bit Sketchy.
