The team members at Easy Financial - Branch2407 provided excellent service from the beginning to the final stage of the loan process. They presented outstanding customer service and good communication to their client. Whenever I sent them inquiries and questions they always have speedy and polite responses. They educate me as a client with the overall loan process and fees. Prakash, the Manager at his branch is very professional and well mannered. He is amazing and willing to assist me and ensuring that I receive all the information I need in regards to the loan procedure. He always sound calm and very polite. I will never regret dealing with these folks. They are truly wonderful!

I am solely rating the Selkirk, Manitoba Easy Financial Branch a 5 due to one employee. His name is PK. PK has been helping me for months rectify a situation that was left unattended to by numerous other employees that unfortunately had left the branch without completing actions that needed to be done on my account. It has been going on since 2019 to be exact. PK has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to alleviate the stress this situation had caused me. He worked tirelessly going back and forth with head office to come to an agreement that I in turn was finally satisfied with. Each time he contacted me , it was done with such care, compassion and concern, I felt like I knew him as a person more and more each time. He genuinely cares and does whatever he can to make things right. He emphasized with me and showed me tremendous compassion in what I thought was a hopeless situation. I can not thank him enough for all he did to help. He is an amazing employee and doesn’t just do his job assigned, he does WAY more, and that is hard to find in this day and age.
