I called to see if I could buy one of the tents and they told me that they make custom size tents but when I said I wanted a 12 by 20 tent he says they dont have them. Wow.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - UNLESS YOU WISH TO BE INSULTED AND TREATED as if this company does not need your business........My husband took in our expensive big Umbrella that the mice at our cottage feasted on. We needed it fixed. He told the woman at the desk that he would like her to proceed to get the material and to fix the umbrella. No estimate needed. The woman insisted that she would call in a week.
