U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Ok so I have decided to nominate Uhaul as THE worst company ever! The day before my move, they called and said that the 20 foot truck I was supposed to pick up here in Valleyview was no longer available. But i could pick one up in Peace River, which is an hour and a half away. I was forced to add an extra hour and a half to my trip, with a heavier truck, AND have to pay for the added gasoline cost! When i brought it back, I was an eighth of a tank short. Uhaul was ready to charge me over $80 to bring make up for being a bit short on gas. Thanks to Chantelle, the general manager at Randex-Vous RV Park and Storage(An incredible Uhaul dealer!), the extra fees were waived. Anyone have a Uhaul horror story?

Drop off of trailer was a breeze! Staff were friendly and fast. Gentleman came out and directed where to park trailer to unhook, didn't have to back up trailer in any tight spot, and He also did all the unhooking of trailer! Very pleasurable experience!

Great Service, friendly helpful staff. Best UHAUL location in Peace River by far.
