THE BEST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO.They are clean, professional and do an amazing job. They don't go quick to get you out the door, they make sure your nails look perfect.The staff is super friendly and welcoming.I highly recommend this salon! I will never go anywhere else.

I got changed $110 for a fill.. pricing is absolutely outrageous. I didn’t even get a design

My 17 year old daughter paid her own money, $47.00 to get a fill. She came home closed her bedroom window and a nail broke. I called the Salon, they said I don't know what your daughter did but we can fix it in two days time. Laughter in the background while I was on speakerphone.Go anywhere else you can. I asked to speak to Quincy who is great but her staff are a complete joke and will ruin her business. Do not go here, they do not care, they want the money. Taking advantage of a 17 year old woman is insane. This establishment has zero customer service, and trust me they do not back there product.

I’m confused about the prices I pay for the services I get. I went in today just before closing as the lady said she would stay late, I didn’t insist she did.I got a nail fill and shorten, she charged me 84 dollars.Three weeks ago I went got a nail fill and shorten as well as an eyebrow and lip wax and was charged 84 dollars.I do not understand how when I got the original set of long square nails in November 2022 and paid for the NEW SET 75 dollars??!?!!!!I do not understand the VAST price difference for the 3 services????I need Quincy to explain this. I don’t mind paying - it just seems they make up the prices as they go!! This cannot be a business practice…..Or is it?Concerned in airdrie!!!!

My nails look great, and I love the shape. They also worked very fast and did not hurt me. HOWEVER, both girls working there were not friendly to us at all. The only thing they said to us when we walked in within 3 seconds was to wash our hands, then to pick our colour. That is all. They were not friendly or nice in any way. My friend tried talking / asking her questions, and the girl ignored her. And the lady doing my friends nails actually pushed the light in my friends face to make more room for her to sit on her phone with both elbows on the work table. After my fill, she did not use any cuticle conditioner/oil or lotion, either. My FILL was $75 before tax and tip!! My usual nail lady is $50/$55 before tip, and gives a hand massage and uses hot towels after. Anyway, when we left, we yelled THANK YOU two times and both ladies didn’t even raise their heads to acknowledge. Maybe they were tired or having a bad day, but dang. I used this place for an emergency fill due to good reviews as my regular nail lady was sick, I would literally only go back here for an emergency fill or repair ONLY.

So this is my regular place to get my nails done. It’s such a good environment and every tech is absolutely amazing at their job. Today when I went for my fill, the young girl that works there did them. I was a little nervous but she absolutely killed it!! They look so good and for anyone going there, don’t worry she’ll take very good care of you

I seldom do a Google review but my experience a while ago. It’s horrible. I waited for one hour to an appointment that I booked. Make sure your white when going to this location… Waste of time soooo disappointing..
