Hi i had an event and use 6 of security guards.First security came they didn’t have no vest , no metal detectors and only one person was wearing a vest.The security wasn’t security at all they were on their phones taking pictures of each other and every 5 mins i have to remind them what to do and make sure they are checking the area. Also I would like to have my money back because i had to end up being a security guard for my event because these security wasn’t doing there job.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous service and definitely not worth the amount of money I spent. First off the security guards clearly did not know what they were doing and what protocols to take out if something occured (which I explained to them MANY times throughout the night). Secondly, they smoked, took personal calls, and left their posts regularly without telling me leaving spaces unguarded. Although the event got big and unruly I would have liked to see some type of proffesionalism. Also wanted to note that one of the security guards were asking one of my guests to come home with him — even though she was under 18?? Not sure what was going on there but I definitely didn’t pay them to do that. Currently trying to get a hold of them but no one is calling back which I see is a regular problem of theirs. Word of advice: don’t make the same mistake as me and BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Spend your hard earned money on a security company that will actually do what you’re paying for. UPDATE: When I contacted them for a refund they told me that they would buy me off to delete my negative review to post a positive one instead. LOL.

Their guards seem to be nothing more than a group of minimum wage minimum effort workers wearing uniforms. I don't think they even have proper equipment! Wouldn't trust them with protecting my goods.

Our family friend recommended Active Security to us. I was not convinced to contract with them because of such bad reviews, but my husband trusted his friend and trusted Active Security for a family function. We are satisfied with their services. The guards are well trained and they know what to do. I recommend Active Security to all.

I would never recommend this company, whatsoever. The one star is for showing up on time, the lack of stars are for the lack of experience and responsiveness of the hired staff. Let us begin. I required two securities for a birthday party. I required both of the securities to handle body-search and the basis of a security, securing the premise of my restaurant and bar. I had to supply hand-held metal detectors because they did not have one. They spent most of their time on their phone and barely did body searches on ANYONE. They looked completely confused on what they were supposed to do. I had to repeatedly tell them to check customers that enter my premises. Unprofessional. I have had many of the customers stating to me how unprofessional they are.To top it up, it had a slight indication at the end of the night. A small fight as I expected, which is why I hired securities.They ran. They ran off and went on their phones while my FRIENDS broke up this very, VERY small indication because they were scared and confused on what to do. Lack of responsiveness.I have paid these two waste of time 300 bucks for 6 hours. I want a damn refund.

I have been working with them from 2019. This company have great cooperative staff and employees. Love to work with Active Security.

We contacted Active Security for security services for our house on a family event. The guard came 20 minutes early and was well-trained for our needs. He did exactly what we told him to do. Also, prices are better compared to other security companies. I recommend Active Security to everyone.

I have visited many condo's where Active Security provide condo security services. As a visitor i am very impressed with the well behaved, smartly dressed responsible security officers. Any time you visit a condo with Active Security officer in the front desk, they can brighten your day with their ever smiling face and well behaved mannerism.Definitely will recommend Active Security services to everybody.

Thanks to Active Security for providing us security guards for our property on long weekend within an hour. Our previously contacted guard did not show up and we called active security on that evening. They made quick arrangement and served us very professionally.
