very fair and competant , non judgmental and good at what they do . i dont think most people realise how diverse and unique some situations and problems are to manage effectively in the property management and rental field. you have to work for 2 sides , the tenant and the owner and follow rules and laws on top of this , which are not ever going to be favourable to both partys. many balancing acts and fast decisions have to made . especially during covid changes they were able to adapt and improvise in the face of many unknowns

I can sum it up in 3 words. Unprofessional, liars, and greedy!!I have NEVER had this bad of an experience until I rented through these guys.I can never get a full night sleep because my neighbours are drug dealers, and to top it off I had experience someone trying to home invade me.The office lady needs to learn some manners, so do their maintenance guys!! Pandemic going on and they dont socially distance... they get up in your face. The maintenance guy had the nerve to tell my husband that we have to put up with it!!! very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.BEEN SHOCKED BY MY LIGHTS, CEILING HAS WATER DAMAGE, THE KIDS RUN AROUND NONE STOP. When we went to go look at the place they told us that our place would look like that. BUT it was Far from it, literally looked like they got the people to move out and us to move in. When we tried to complain about it they said we moved in to fast. MAYBE DONT POST SOMETHING THAT ISNT READY FOR THE NEXT TENANT!!!PATHETIC!!!
