I have ordered a non-gmo free range turkey every Christmas for the last 15 years. The quality is consistant and outstanding! You cannot cook these birds dry! Mike and his Team are always helpul and customer focused. It is a pleasure being a long time client of Tenderland Meats and is my go to butcher. Thank you Mike for keeping real customer focused service alive!

I live in New Westminster and have been making the time to go to Tenderland Meats for almost a decade. Mike and his crew are top shelf, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. The quality and taste of the meats are far better than anything I have had from any of the grocery chains and other butchers. Well worth the time and effort in making the trip. The 'thick cut' pork chops are a must try!

Mike and his crew run by far the most reliable high quality butcher shop on Vancouver's west side. Service is fast, professional and friendly. The product range is great, with all of the standard cuts of beef, pork, lamb and more, but also less common things that I use a lot like beef tongue and rabbit. I moved in the city and for a while tried to use butchers further out west towards UBC. There were frequent disappointments. I switched back to Mike at Tenderland not that long ago and I'm reminded how excellent this shop has been for a very long time. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Whether it be a rib roast, steak or chicken, their quality is second to none. Mike and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and ready to help with any queries you may have. We have never been disappointed.

The customer service, selection and quality of products at Tenderland Meats is unparalleled. Well worth the trip to Granville Island. The shop boasts an enormous, efficiently laid out display that makes it easy for customers to access help. Mike does a terrific job training his team. I'm particularly impressed by the adept, efficient and amiable chap named James.

We have been buying meat for Tenderland Meats for years now. I love that the meat is hormone and nitrate free. All of their meat is amazing. We especially love the lamb, bone in leg and rack of lamb. They have the rack plain or you can buy it already spiced. An easy and tasty meal. We usually go and stock up as we live in Langley. Love their roast beef, steaks, oh and there already made short ribs burgers are to live for. During this difficult time I will be ordering online and picking it up so we don't have to go inside. Thank you

We ordered a 3 standing Prime Rib roast . It was the most tender meat I have ever had. We were hoping for leftovers but everyone just devoured it on Christmas eve . Absolutely the best meat in the city. They can trim up anything you need. I have been getting all my meat from Mike and his great team for many years.

The meatloaves were an amazing deal and very delicious, about 8 months ago. They were made of lamb and beef, they were in point and great value for the money. Unfortunately, they have revised their recipe and use pork now, it doesn’t taste the same, the texture is like eating rubber, was pink after recommended cooking time and the quality has gone down.I hope that Tenderland meats reads this review and changes their product back to the original product.

I make special trips to Granville Island especially for Tenderland Meats. Their good quality is top notch, simply the best. If I’m having a BBQ, they are my go to for burgers, Maui ribs, steak or chicken. I really like their flavored meat selection. The butchers have always been helpful, service is courteous.
