Excellent service; staff are professional and respectful. Wait times are unfortunately unpredictable (sometimes they are brief, while other times they are long).

The staff are absolutely amazing. A personal fan of Dr.Cheng, as she was compassionate and thorough. If you can only get appointments with Dr. Smith, it’s easier to stay home. Dr. Smith will not provide care, but will readily belittle you.

The staff are very kind and respectful. I've seen Dr. Patel for my mental health and she treated me with respect and was supportive. My experience with Dr. Smith wasn't the best in regards to my mental health and I will not be seeing him again.

Blown away by the care & availability at the university health centre. Staff are great at letting you know if waiting will take long, or if best to come back. Recommend as close to opening as possible.I’ve had to go quite a few times recently for a recurring issue. All the medical professionals I have seen are quick, comprehensive & friendly enough.The UofA community is lucky to have this health centre.

I've been here for immunizations as well as some walk-in appointments and the staff have consistently been great over the phone and in person. Sometimes there's quite the wait (on days when there's a lot of appointments or more urgent cases, which is understandable) but the Drs have always been attentive and take their time when they get to you (Dr. Cheng and Dr. Jin went above and beyond). The nurses are also super nice and helpful.
