I deal with Ginder at the Grandview Corners branch. She has been helping me with all my insurance needs for a very long time. I would always go to her in the future. She and everyone are very courteous and professional. They found me the best rate for all insurance products. I recommend everyone I know to go there and it's always a great experience.

I have been dealing with the Grandview Corners branch of Westerncoast Insurance for over 3 years. They insure my entire family's home insurance needs. They do it at a fair price. The entire office staff is very helpful and has always treated me very well from day one. Joanne Tonita, the office manager, is very knowledgeable about home insurance. She has a wonderful personality and she gives you the facts only. I find her very sincere and she tells you the truth. Joanne really has your best interests at heart and is very easy to talk to. We went to BCAA in South Surrey (where we had done our renewals) to ask if our Roadside+ rental vehicle coverage included Peer to Peer rentals (TURO). We spoke to Noor at BCAA and explained that we were going to rent in Las Vegas using TURO, she said we needed to talk to TURO to see if ICBC covered us. I suggested she might be mistaken since our policy is held by ICBC so they would be the ones to decline the policy not TURO. She insisted she was right. I knew she was wrong so we went across the street to Western Coast at Coast Capital to inquire. Ginder and her coworker were very helpful, they added P2P rental to our policy, no problem.We will definitely be returning to Western Coast when it comes time to renew this year.
