VIP Mazda

Poor customer services from the service department. Brought my cx5 for a slow leak in the tire. After 2 hours the mechanic came out to tell me that there is a stick in the tire and not repairable. Fair. Tires are covered under warranty. Mechanic blatantly tells me that he has never heard of the tire brand imperial and that it could be weeks until they could find it/if they could find it. I explained I drove daily on the highway and can't wait weeks for a new tire as I am driving on a spare. Basically was told oh well and completely dismissed. The service manager suggested installing a different brand, I voiced the concern of having 1 different tire (bad practice) and was suggested I could pay out of pocket to replace opposite tire to match. Tires are barely 3 months old. A couple hours after I left I received a call from the service manager ... Surprise they found the tire brand and will be here Friday.First and last time I will be bringing my car in for service at this location.

From sales, to finance to insurance, the service was wonderful. This experience was the most painless time I have had buying a vehicle. Everything was completed over the phone, all I had to do was go in, sign papers, pick up the car and I was set! Jas and Pat were great, no pressure, honest and down to earth. Super happy with the service, super happy with my 2023 CX5!

Pretty negative experience trying to buy a car here. Walked in at 2pm, by 3:30 we had agreed on a price for a new suv and the trade I brought. I ignored several high pressure" games... but finally it was all settled. Then they want 2k on credit card... why - you have 18K in the trade vehicle - lets write an agreement now

When i first arrived i felt very welcome, i went for a test drive and the guy that came with me made me feel super stressed out. Anytime i was driving he would double check all my shoulder checks and everything. after when it came to the application process i got asked the basic questions about my income and everything and as soon as i got home i got a call saying i was not approved. i am now talking to another dealership that is giving me exactly what i am looking for and is helping me get financing. wont be coming back here. maybe ill give them a chance in the future but as of now i will take my business else where.
