As I was seeking out a photographer to market my Airbnb condo in Canmore, I was referred to Vivid Peak. I wanted photos to justify the beauty in my condo without sacrificing the accuracy in my listing. After sharing my vision with Dustin over the phone, an appointment was quickly made in which he was on time; professional; and prepared with all the equipment necessary for the job; as well as great ideas of his own. I was very happy with the photos, and at the same time, very satisfied with the price!Two months later, I decided to place my house up for sale in Calgary. I asked my realtor to hire Vivid Peak for the photos. In addition to the photos, Vivid Peak completed the measurements and a virtual tour. So glad a friend recommended Vivid Peak when attempting to sell our Mom's home on our own. Vivid Peak produced for us a fantastic package which included Virtual Tour, superior gallery of photos, including aerial shots with a drone, and a professionally recognized RMS report. The house was without furniture and so we were concerned if photos could even enhance the look of the empty spaces. Vivid Peak immediately offered to add some virtual staging photos of the spaces. Wow, did that ever make the spaces look appealing. With our first contact with Vivid Peaks, including browsing through the website, arranging an appointment, we sensed the high quality and professionalism of the company. They arrived on time to the appointment and completed their work at the property within the allotted time they scheduled. The full report was delivered to us within 2 days and all the photos and information was accurate and very high quality. The links all worked well, and could easily be used in both our own website as well as on the MLS listing which we have decided to list on now. We felt we received excellent services offered by Vivid Peak.
