Brought my wife here and she loved the dresses and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they took the time to show us different styles of dresses that where fitting for the occasion

***DO NOT SHOP HERE! PROM RUINED!*** This was a terrible experience from start to finish!!!! My sister found her prom dress from here months in advance, although it was too big for her. The ladies at the store said that they would alter it, but we did not hear back from them for weeks. When we finally went to see what was going on, they said the dress was ready. When she tried it on, it was much too small for her, LOPSIDED, and had rhinestones falling off. They accused her of gaining weight and said it was our fault. From there, we had to come back to the store 3 more times to try and get the dress right, to no avail. The dress was filled with strings and loose rhinestones and they refused to fix it and charged us $570. They assured us that there was nothing they could do about the loose rhinestones and that it would be fine when she wore it. On prom day, within 5 minutes of the dress being on, the rhinestones began to FALL OFF COMPLETELY and I was forced to use a hot glue gun to reattach them at the last minute. When we told the ladies, they were not empathetic at all and blamed us for it. The ignorant, rude, disrespectful , and unempathetic ladies made what should have been a wonderful experience horrible, stressful, and upsetting. I feel as though I was scammed and conned by these women and I would never recommend anyone to step foot in this place.

I am so happy and grateful for the wonderful experience at Bella Couture. I got so many compliments on my dress and I felt amazing in it.They are always willing to go over and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. And if they don't have it they will find it for you.The alterations are done in store, they even do alterations to dresses you didn't buy from them. My daughter's bridesmaid dress had to be altered because she is pregnant and they did it for her.Thank you so much ladies, all the best to you.Next time I need a gown I won't waste time like I did going from store to store when you had exactly what I was looking for.

The dress selection is awful. Dresses found on the website are no where to be seen in store. As well, the customer service is absurd. My mother and I walked in, were not greeted at all. The ladies working there were no help at all. No one offered to find dresses, or correct sizes. Very minimal conversations occurred. I won't be coming back.

They were on time with ordering my dress and getting it back in timely manner, however they ordered the wrong size, although they took my measurements themselves. And then when when they altered it for me they charged me 100$ although it's their mistake not mine as they should know the designes they deal with if they fit same size, size up or down. And when I objected on paying the 100$ the young girl who works there told me well it's not our fault

What a gong show! Dress was altered at least 4 times. By the time we picked up the dress it had pulls all over the front and the ladies that run the gong show tried to convince us the pulls were there from the beginning. Thank goodness my daughter took photos the first time she tried on the dress . Then theybtrued to convince us our eyes were not open seriously ! Do they think people are stupid. This should have been a beautiful experience for my daughter and she was in years! Oh then they said if we refer people they would give us a discount . So we did and they said no discount but we could get a pain of earrings. In The end they took 30 bucks off the dress! So I will never go again and I would not refer anyone of my friends or family to.go Here! There job was to make the customer happy this store is not up to speed on service only manipulation!

The ladies that run this store are very very aggressive. Terrible experience will not be back. Save your time and go elsewhere

Awful experience., very unprofessional work.I paid $290 for the dress and it came with a very low quality fabric and broken zipper .I had to pay $60 to a tailor for alteration and fixing the zipper , when I complained to Bella Couture , I was told that I should lower my expectations when I ONLY paid $290 for a dress!!!!
