Cant describe the feelin staff, bouncers and djs all were so good and so cheerful every buck spent there was more than worth it ! This is third time I've ever been to a club usually being introvert feels hard but damn even crowd was so good ! Trust me best club in windsor no matter what!

First time going and probably the last. We had a large group with a booth reservation for my friends birthday. We showed up just before 10pm so we would have over an hour to get inside. You would think that’d be lots of time since we had a booth reservation.Upon letting security know we had a reservation we were rudely yelled at and sent to the back of the line. Then we were told we were good to go inside, got out of line, then proceeded to get yelled at by security again and go out to the back of the line again. This happened about 3 more times before we were finally allowed to show someone our confirmation email and get into the crowded waiting area by ID check. We stood there waiting for about 30 more minutes.At this point it was past 11pm when we had to checkin for our booth. So our group got demoted to a small table for 4. Staff claiming “you weren’t here to claim your booth. You had to be here before 11pm”. The manager I spoke to was nice and offered to make up for the issues and rude staff. But, still extremely disappointed in the clear lack of organization and communication between the staff in regards to their reservation system.

My friends and I recently spent a weekend in Windsor and all agreed our night spent at Ariius was the absolute highlight of our trip. It is such a fun night club in an amazing location. The music was incredible, every single song that came on was fantastic. Also they had amazing service for everything needed, unlike many other clubs I have been to. The managers are some of the kindest people I have met and their entire staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a lively crowd all night long and I will definitely be returning. This place is truly a gem and I was extremely impressed in every aspect, highly highly recommend!!

Great unless your staying at the casino for the night. Once you leave you will have to wait an additional hour just to get back into the casino to your hotel room as they make you wait back in line. What a terrible experience to be apart of the casino.

Imagine paying $5 to get into a subpar club because you're a guy. Not to mention they charged me $10 instead. The girl at the front was completely just disrespectful. Never coming back.

Latin night used to be so fun until they got a new DJ who plays English music instead of Latin music on Latin night. Hope this changes.

Scott at the door was nice and professional. The disrespectful staff member at the door on the way out was a JOKE. Watching me open a new bottle of water just as I headed out. Mind you they charged 12$ for 2 bottles. Snatching it out my hand claiming I could have sliped something in it. Rather then saying we don't allow you the leave with it. Not one staff member knew his name. Which I found to be strange. All because they didn't want to share his name. Just refering him to the foreigner. Most of the bartenders have no clue how to service or make drinks well. The only thing this place has going for them is the space. The fact that you have basically two clubs in one location. The smells you incounter from some of the staff is also very unpleasant. (Bag check) Over servicing people that have clearly had well to much to drink. This club was supposed to be up class and more dressy. Been there a few times now to give it a go. Trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. However just like all the other nasty bars downtown. Don't plan to return anytime soon if at all.I'd love to here from Sam the owner. This definitely is a place of safety for concern.
