Great service.

We used Keys to Us last night for New Years Eve there wasn't much of a wait and the driver was awesome very professional and polite and he didn't even complain about the radio use. The lady who answered was also very polite and professional. It was more expensive than Uber but it got us all home safe and also saved me from having to go pick up my car today too. I would recomend and will use again in the future for sure.

I got a pickup from 3370 simcoe north, heading to 42 Dadson in Bowmanville. Right off the bat the driver said it was a 31km ride when it was actually 27.1. So he’s already trying to scam me. Then he proceeds to drive me to port perry instead of Oshawa. And blamed my intoxicated 65 year old mother. I’m sorry but as a “professional” driver should you now know where you are going ? And how do you mess up so bad you end up in port perry instead of Bowmanville. They offered me some $5 voucher for future rides. Unreal, don’t use these guys.

Incredibly expensive

They came and took my drunk self home without any issues many times. Occasionally a bit of a wait depending on time/night/holiday but very reliable.

I have to be honest,I was surprised of my experience. Driver took 407 without asking me, but it’s ok, I had transponder. Then, driver missed turns and ride took longer,again that’s ok. Ride was estimated $110/120, I paid $142, and that’s ok. After I left my car to pay, I paid for other following vehicle 407 ride,which I was not notified in advance,that’s also OK I guess. When I paid,the couple that drove me was upset I did not leave the tips. Lady driving behind told me “it’s actually a MUST AT LEAST 20%”, after I have $10. Too much headache over one ride,honestly. And you know what,next time you guys ask your customer for 20% tips, I suggest you notify them that it’s a double 407 rate and make sure not to miss your turns when you’re told to turn.I’m very displeased with my experience and do not recommend this company. Seems like a rip off.A lady over the phone was nice and polite though.
