Came in just to look around and check out a sound bar as my previous sound bar just stopped working. Paul helped us and educated us with their products. We ended up buying a tv with a great built in sound system that was better than the previous sound bar Great experience and customer service!

Just left Visions and couldn't be happier with the service there. I was greeted immediately with a smile (but not in a predatory salesman way, I hate that). William E. Just asked if there is anything he could help with. I did go in knowing what I was looking for, and although it was not in stock in store, he ordered it immediately and helped me obtain the rest. I appreciated his honesty about delivery times and his willingness to work with me on the price points of what I was looking for. This is not the only time I have had a great experience with Visions, I have been to Visions at least 10 times over the past 6 years and have always had a great experience. I have also referred people because of how respectful and helpful the staff are.

This location was amazing! The staff really went the extra mile to make a sale. Unfortunately my item was not in stock but they ordered it in for me. The staff member Alex was very knowledgeable about the laptop and had some tips to save money and really make sure it was the right time to buy to make sure there was no buyers remorse. 10/10 would recommend this location for all my electronics.

WOW! What an amazing store with fantastic staff. Upon walking in today I was helped within 10 seconds by an associate who found what I was looking for right away (a Samsung remote) and price checked it for me. Then when I went to pick up 2 RCA air conditioners I purchased online, they offered me an amazing deal on 2 Hi-Sense units instead which carry a superior warranty (14 days return policy for the RCA units or 2 years exchange policy for the Hi-Sense units). At this point I was being assisted by an associate named Austin who took the time to answer my million questions and popped out his calculator to help me understand exactly what I was being charged for. Upon getting home, I had an additional question about the BTU's of my new units so I called the store and he again answered my question quickly. After having such an amazing experience I know I'll be back for my future appliance/electronic purchases! Thank you so much Austin!

I had a great time at this location. Everyone was extremely helpful, and it never felt rushed, pressured, or even like I was a stranger. James genuinely took the time to make sure I had all the information and stuff I needed to feel comfortable and safe to use my amazing new camera right away.Overall, one of the very best buying experiences I've had. This is particularly surprising when I admittedly have not shopped at Visions for a few years because of negative experiences I have had in the past.I will have no qualms going back to this location though, and Visions has me as a customer again, just in time for some new car audio.
