Do not come in expecting them to help you with a mid-ride emergency (like a new chain). My chain broke on the way home and I walked 30 minutes to get some help (otherwise it would have been another an 20+ walk home with a bike).Not only was I handed a chain that is incompatible with my drivetrain but I was told to change it myself (on the floor of the shop). To be fair, they did offer to have it done by end of the day, but that would have meant walking home. I guess they were too busy to take 5 minutes and help someone get home.Go to Gear Hub. Gear Hub took me in automatically and fixed it within 5 minutes which allowed me to get home without waking in the rain.

Amazing mechanics, I broke a bearing in my frame on the first leg of my roadtrip. We had 3 more bike parks planned and I was worried my bike would be out of action. I dropped it into straight line and had it back within 2 hours. Managed to get in 3 more laps at the bike park that day. Can't recommend these guys enough.

On vacation and they got two of our family bikes rolling in less than four hours. Big thanks to the gang in service. Visit them for the first time because of this review. Return because their service warrants it.

The Straight Line team is great! Very professional, very service oriented, very knowledgeable service department and well equipped. Went above and beyond in helping my son and I out with an issue with the fork on our tandem. These guys are a great resource for Tour Divide/Great Divide riders. Will be back!

Hands down best bike mechanics in town. Some of the most brilliant I've ever worked with. Ian the owner lives what he sells without a doubt. I'd highly recommend this shop.
