I remember going to this place with my Samsung Tablet that I locked myself out of and the old Asian man that worked there said it would cost me $400 to unlock it. I then went up the street to the (Cell Doctor Phone Repair) and they unlocked it for me and it only cost me $75.EDIT: This is NOT a fake review I actually went into this place with a tablet and and these crooks tried to charge me $400 to unlock it plain and simple, why would I lie about something so little like this. Yeah you don’t do tablet unlocks but if you did it would cost me $400 right? Pathetic scammers, you should be ashamed.

Had a great experience with VCV, my hard drive failed, thinking I'd lost 3 months worth of work. They were able to recover all 500gb of my files. Excellent customer service and affordable pricing too.Many thanks!

Came with a broken laptop that they were not able to fix, but they still charged me $56. Not a problem, as I understand that it still took them work and time to even open my laptop up and understand that they will not be able to fix it, but I wish they had warned me that they would charge me even if they would not be able to fix the issue. Additionally, the person who works there promised to take a look at my Dell Docking station for free and when I brought it he refused to look at it citing unconvincing reasons, such as Dell Docking station can only work with Dell computers (not true) and he does not have DP monitors. The latter may be true but I got a feeling he just did not want to bother, which is fine. Why should you if no money is coming your way, but in this case, why make an offer to diagnose your device for free in the first place? The shop is good and does offer competitive prices, but their service level can be improved.

I brought my laptop in today to inquire about the RAM. My computer was quite slow at time and I wanted to upgrade.The owner was quite attentive to my issue. He opened a bunch of programs, looked at the usage and agreed to perform the upgrade.Before he took my computer away, he went through the cost of the RAM upgrade and $50 service fee. I agreed. He did mention that if he opened the laptop and if he wasn’t able to upgrade the RAM because HP may likely fuse it into the motherboard, there would be a $50 service fee (so he does mention it multiple times).A few hours later, I get a call saying my computer is ready for pick up.Quick service, local and small business here. The owner is the only guy working the store - so be patience. Be kind. He may assist other customers while you wait.

Jason rocks, took my custom build that started to fail and told me why it wasn't booting in 1 day. He is very experienced!The price is not cheap but not expensive. Totally worth. I will def just go to him from now on :)

Had a broken charger port. Emailed a few places and was told would take nearly a week to finish. James finished replacing the charger port on my HP laptop the next day. Super friendly and quick service. Highly recommended.
