Food was really good. Good quality. It's a casual Michelin star bar restaurant. The place can get busy, so make reservations right away when it opens! It's a place for friends to meet and talk, so it can get a bit noisy as well.

My favourite French restaurant in Vancouver, their reservation gets filled up super fast, make sure to reserve one month ahead. The menu changes monthly so every time you get to try different seasonal menu items. All the dishes taste super good, especially the pastries, escargot and foie gras. The rice pudding is also a great staple.

I had been wanting to come here even before they received their Michelin Star so while I was planning my trip back to Vancouver I made sure I got a booking! You really have to be on top of when they release those reservation slots!Arrived and was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality and ambiance. Everything was as expected for a fine dining establishment and food was overall great. Although I’d skip out on the pâté.

Great experience. Some of the most creative assemblies I've ever experienced. My highlights were the rhubarb profiterole, guinea fowl ballotine, and the fois gras flan. The profiterole alone had multiple components: the profiterole itself, rhubarb filing (maybe it's a compote), maple ganache, a carmine-dusted cookie baked to the top of the profiterole, and a strawberry crème anglaise. Incredibly complex and incredibly delicious. The restaurant had a nice use of exotic and local ingredients, like the tokyo turnips served with the guinea fowl ballotine, to the argousier (sea buckthorn) as a nice tart counter to the sweetness and savoriness of the chocolate cake.Service was amazing, as expected of a restaurant of this calibre. Also they sent us away with two 50 g bags of house blend herbes de provence, which was a nice bonus.All-in-all, worth the price of admission and well deserving of its Michelin star.

Saturday dinner:- Seated at kitchen counter- Very good value for $125. Course includes 5 sides, 1 appetizer, 1 main, 1 desert. We ordered pork grind additionally.- Staffs were excellent.- Drinks were excellent and on par with cocktail bars in Vancouver.

It was a fun experience with great service and unique dishes. The restaurant felt like an escape to Quebec, especially since I’ve visited many cities in Quebec before. The dishes are so unique they can only found at this restaurant. All dishes came with a subtle touch of maple syrup which was cool. We sat at the bar and the service was incredible. It’s not a place I’d come regularly, only for very special occasions. It’s definitely worth a try.

One of the most memorable dining experiences we have had in a long time! The seven course meal was carefully crafted with meticulous attention to every item on our plate. Service was non pretentious but professional. The restaurant is warm and inviting with hints of nostalgia adorned on its walls. If you are lucky enough to get a reservation, consider yourself one of the winners of a ‘Golden Ticket

It's definitely not our favorite French restaurant. We are a bit shocked it was a michelin Star restaurant. What we do like is the service. Decent service.[Note:] When you book online, you are forced to pay 20% tip.Parking: Paid side street parking☆ The only dish we really recommend was their honey sorbet dessert (off menu). Great taste with different texture toppings that went perfectly together.Unfortunately, everything else was too sweet or wasn't the best we ever had.. or lacked flavor.

This is the last restaurant I had the privilege of eating at before leaving Vancouver. To my taste, and liking it was easily the best. The atmosphere is wonderful, a small warm, classy dining area filled with jubilant conversations and savory smells. Sparkling water is served complimentary which is a nice touch. The service is intimate and friendly. Now, let me get to the food. Everything they served was absolutely magnificent. It started by taking me for a ride, and each progression of the meal just continued to up the ante. It left me wanting more and only disappointed that it all had to come to an end.

Finally went to this restaurant after wanting to go since it opened. At the time, it was their Cabane à Sucre set course meal. It was a lot of their classics plus dishes with a maple syrup theme. For me, it was worth the billing as the food overall tasted very good considering that many of the dishes could be overpowering. But the best way I can describe it was that the food was balanced. Nothing too sweet, too salty, or too heavy.Glad I went, definitely will come back another time and definitely deserved as one of Vancouver's best restaurants.
