Very good customer service. I've always had a positive experience at this branch

Compared to my previous bank, these people are unbelievable! I never have to wait long (like 3 minutes tops). Never hassled. Always a perfect transaction - i'm in, i'm out. 5 stars. Never change :)

The customer service is terrible, I've sent some emails and voice mails, but I've recieved nothing, nothing. It's service let me down, and I wont recommend anybody to open account there.

Great service. Welcoming staff. I like the idea of opening until 06:00 pm and on Saturdays.

I was at the Royal Bank on Regent Street on Thursday of the Easter weekend. A homeless man was sitting outside, obviously in need and hoping someone would help. He wasn't bothering anyone, or causing any problems, but a woman who worked at the bank came out and told him to leave.I'm sure this woman was acting on instructions, which tells me that the people working there have no sympathy or respect for anyone who's less fortunate than they are. Things are hard right now - with so many people in need, I would have expected some empathy or at least understanding. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have a home or enough to eat. But obviously neither that woman nor the Royal Bank have no ethical compass. Shame on them and the bank.

I went to change some loonies with a $50 bill and i was asked if i had an account with them. The lady accessed my account even though i handed her the $50 bill and when i asked if she had to assess it, she responded to me that it would be quicker. I really needed the loonies so i did as she asked. Last time i went to a CIBC office in Southridge mall and they changed it without any question. And i do not have an account with CIBC. Extremely confusing behaviour. Not Happy. Seriously considering to close my account with RBC.

The customer advisor (Gagan .S) was really helpful and his customer service was best customer service I ever got and that’s why I’m with RBC for more than year and it does a great job too. I really love their app TBH. Thanks again to gagan

I'm not too sure what happened with the people beneath this review but I found that they were quick and courteous. I've been dealing with this branch for about 12 years now without any issues

Terrible customer service. You can't reach the branch directly by telephone. You're sent to a tiresome prompting nightmare to finally reach a call center. Wait times are horrible!!!!
