Rose Nails

Never come to this nail salon. I had false nails put on. The lady doing them did not know how to apply, I was there 4 hours which is way too long for false nails. They were so thick and so much glue was applied that my nails ended up breaking and one even came off. 2 of my nails have been bleeding non stop. The salon I got them taken off at asked where I got these nails put on because they are so horribly done. My nails are completely ruined. I called and very nicely said I was unhappy with the services the women I spoke too were very rude to me and told me they would do nothing about it. I said I would come all the way there to show them how much pain my nails were in and they refused to even look. Would not recommend, very bad customer service.

My nail beds are on fire , not one nail was the same . 3 were applied crooked and half of them have no natural curve ( apex) . I would not recommend getting your nails done at this salon . All are different lengths and shapes . Extremely dissatisfied and have to get a whole new set at another salon.

Girls are very rushed and overbooked. I didn’t like how before nails were cut off and hey weren’t compared to have equal length just chopped off. I didn’t like how design was careless and lines of French were not straight and different colors she messed up white with purple (don’t know how) . Base wasn’t distributed evenly. There were bubbles. It is better than other places like Amy nail salon but it t is still bad and not worth it. dont believe the photos of acrilic nails, here is what your design will look like sadly

First time going with my friend, we had such a great experience, nail tech did such an amazing job, he was so thorough and gentle. Thank you!, to my nails look 100% better! Definitely coming back!

Get a pedicure service and get two different prices. Call next day for price check for same service yet another price. Paid $90 for pedicure/acrylic fill. Price check next day $82 for the same service. Seriously!!!!!! This has happened twice and will not happen a third time!!!

A friend recommended this salon to me, and I wasn’t disappointed.Julie was very friendly, patient, skilled and professional. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and she did exactly what I asked for. She gave me lots of information about types of manicures and maintenance for my gel nails, because I told her I’m a newbie to getting extensions so I was asking questions. I am incredibly happy with my chrome gel manicure.My shellac pedicure was excellent. It didn’t feel rushed at all; Julie made sure to file my feet until they were ultra smooth.I was late by 30 minutes due to a vehicle collision blocking the road, but the staff were very understanding and took me anyways. Although, it wasn’t busy at all on a Monday afternoon. I did call to let them know I was going to be late.The salon is modern and clean. I noticed she used new/clean tools as well. The prices are reasonable.I had an overall excellent experience. Definitely recommend! Ask for Julie.

I think my nails say it all. Our service was great and I am so happy with the way my nails came out. Matches my Halloween costume perfectly. Thank you to the nail technician that work at Rose Nails.

TLDR; Came for acrylic removal but didn’t even get that far. I was ignored until I gave up and left. Nail tech was not wearing appropriate shoes for a clean environmentThere were 3 workers and 1 customer inside when I walked in. I asked for the service, he said ok and then answered a phone call.The other worker who was free laid a towel down on a station .. I asked if I should sit there he didn’t reply and walked away to join the phone call with the other guy.They left out the front door for several minutes and I was completely ignored that entire time. There was one other worker inside but she was doing someone’s nails already so I just sat and waited for them to begin… After more time passed… I got up and walked out. They saw me leaving and didn’t even care.Also one of the male nail techs was wearing crusty old sandals with no socks and I could see his bare feet… yuck.
