Terra did a super job. The communications with her were excellent and I think she was one of the most professionnal person I have been dealing with in a customer service department. The shipment of the new unit ( a Smeg Toaster ) took less than 2 calendar days, unbelievable!Congratulations!

I can’t say enough about the service level and great staff at Euro-Parts. A huge shout out to Jerjen who worked tirelessly on solving my issue with my Liebherr fridge and freezer doors which did not match. After his hard work and perseverance they look great.

Exceptional customer service. They are a legitimate, experienced, and authorized parts and service provider for various appliance brands. Spoke with Matthew initially who took the time to investigate my Porter & Charles oven problems then directed me to Wayne, who identified and quoted the specific replacement parts without having to schedule an in-person diagnostic! Send them a photo of your appliance, your model/serial number and they do the rest! 10/10!
