Used them to send a document to Kenya. Their price was affordable and courier reached on time. They accepted the package on a weekend when most other places were closed and would have to wait till Monday. Highly recommended.

They seems to be over charging in the name of customs and duty. Nobody seems to have answer. You can’t speak to any manager. They don’t even provide an actual invoice for the duty being charged. They are holding the package until you pay them overly charged duties. Will need to find a way to get the package.What a scam!
