It's often pretty busy here, given it's in the same space as a Tim Hortons. As convenient as the OnRoute if you're headed in and out of the city.

It's Wendy's. The food is up to par as any Wendy's. The service is Ofcourse up to par. The only criticism is that this place could get hectic. The parking spots share the same drive way as the Timmies drive thru so you can figure how busy that gets. But honestly it's also a very accessible place to get food as it's right next to the 401, has 2 gas station across the streets and.... There's Timmies right next to it.

I've always enjoyed Wendy's and go when I can often, today I went after a particularly hard day and noticed I forgot to eat. When I got to the window to get my food I had just stopped crying but was wiping my face and apologized to the lady, she told me there was a mixup with my order and asked if a upgrade was ok, I said no problem so they didn't have to throw it out. When she handed me my food she gave me a free frosty and said I'm sorry you had a hard day, it broke me and I started crying again and couldn't stop saying thank you. I didn't catch her name but I wanted to post a review to say thank you so much for helping brighten my day.

My favorite drive-thru Wendy's. Staff always greets you with a smile. Foodvis always hot and fresh and fast. Love their new cold beverage options.

Very friendly & quick service surprisingly, the team at this location if it's 4-5 ppl they work efficiently much better than any Tim Horton's in the GTA. Good job guys & gals!

A epic night out alone together taking my sisosin to her music lesson grabbing a quick bite to eat something sweet for myself and my mom while we waited last time I had a filled chocolate powder hazelnut doughnut and a warm fresh hot chocolate

Ive had 2 bad experiences at this Wendy's location in Bowmanville off of Liberty and bowmanville ave. Just recently....purchasing (4) sandwiches and only getting (2) COLD sandwiches! I understand the team in there is a bit younger but the manager really needs to step in and help train them or something. This is a great location but it's being horribly run! From the team to the manager smh
