Today we went for a lunch and ordered sandwich, habanero bowl, wrap and chicken noddle soup. Received only sandwich and was told we need to wait for the habañero chicken bowl. When we asked for the rest of the order young guy at the till was very surprised. After a while we were given rest of the order; soup of the teperature of lava and chicken habañero bowl (with 5 pieces of chicken and 12 slices of habañero) Chicken bowl was the most spicy thing I've ever ate. It literally numbed my lips. Never got the wrap I ordered.

Service is mediocre and the cleanliness of the place is bad. Every table was dirty with 6 staff in the back. Wasn’t busy at all. So slow I saw 2 staff with their arms crossed. Lots of time to wash the floors and tables.

Service is usually great, drive through is normally quick. If you are here in the early or later hours the parking lot has zero lighting as it seems it’s controlled from Dairy Queen. Come on Tim hortons, turn some parking lot lights on!!

Never had any issues with this branch. I go through the drive thru once a week and the service is always fast and the food is always consistent. I love the flatbread they've recently brought in - specially the chicken parmesan one!

This drive thru is the worst. Save yourself aggravation and pick one of the other two in town. They are painfully slow, food orders are always wrong, and the workers are about as friendly as a bag of rocks.

This location used to be so much better! Lately the staff have been rude and not helpful. Couldn't even get a simple order right with no onions! The food tastes bad and it's just not worth it anymore. Went to the other Tim Horton's just down the street and it was much better than this one!

I went thru the drive thru today and got.my food and drink.When I got to work and sat down to eat. My drink was only 1/2 full of a medium cup, not the best that I have received this location.

We just moved here and this tims is not consistent with others. We get coffee grounds in drinks, eggshell in the eggs in wraps, eggs that taste very off, and just got a piece of undercooked chicken. I hope someone looks at the food safety and quality a bit, it is a fast food place but this is just food safety issues honestly.Im sure staff are overwhelmed and understaffed right now so I’m hesitant to place blame on the employees who are just trying to do their job.Pic of the wrap with undercooked chicken, one chicken slice is cooked and the other is pink
