Excellent work by the crew at Yvon Insulation. Competitive pricing, showed up on time, explained the process, tarped everything off to protect personal belongings. Jobsite cleaned up at the end. Highly recommended!

Yvon was contracted to supply and install insulation through Enbridge/Clearesult. They did not clearly communicate the scope of work and showed up in a truck that required at least two parking spots on our older residential street, and of course there was no where to park their truck. The Supervisor Nathan was rude and dismissive, and the Service Manager never returned my call. Would not recommend.

The team was very dependable and responsive. The workmanship was clean and organized. Reasonably priced. Nathan responded despite being away in California. Thanks to you and your team.

I called Yvon insulation for a second opinion after a spray foam job was done poorly by one of the large reputable spray foam companies out there.They confirmed my suspicion that the job was not done right at all. They came to see the work in person, and provided expert advice. I was able to use this information to get the company who did the work to fix the job without any additional cost to me.At no point did Yvon try to sell me on anything. Even when I offered to pay them, they declined. They were super professional and helpful. I can’t thank them enough. Special thanks to Justin who I dealt with multiple times.

if negative stars were possible yvon would be a perfect for that. 1 star will have to do.Where to start. i first called in september to arrange a quote for my new build and renovation. at first the sales man (dave) was very good promised he would be able to take care of everything we needed. After i agreed with price the terrible service began.I emailed dave on oct 25 to arrange a time for him to measure. he assured me a least 3 weeks needed to book an crew in for this job. i was very clear from the start this was to be completed no later than dec 23. i had already had many other trades lined up for the first of the year. Dave was well aware.then came the lies, first i was called and told i had been bumped to the new year. i was very clear my family was going to be living in the house during renovations and the insulating needed to be done. i was once again assured this would be done on dec23 and i was to meet dave at my home at 730 am to go over the job with his crew. i had called dave 2 twice during the week to confirm and every time i was assured it would happen. i Then thought a simple text message to confirm would be great to i sent a message to con firm once again to which i was assured this was happening the following morning.Now it is 700 pm the night before and liar dave sends a text message canceling due to equipment problems. this was very odd i thought so i felt a phone call was required. this is when i was told i had been bumped until the new year and my family was expected to live in an uninsulated house in the winter over the xmas break. to say the least i was not happy considering dave was well aware of our scheduling that was relying on him.i now had to go and buy $600 worth of insulation, find and secure storage for my kitchen that was to be delivered on 2nd week of january, and re book all subtrades for this project at last minute. dave was made aware i did expect yvon to be responsible for our added costs especially at christmas time. the only response i got was you know how construction is.to date i have asked dave chatterton 1 time via text and 2 times via email for billing address info to which i have gotten no response. but i was told to find someone else to do the job.the customer service i would give zero stars, and the sales man dave chatterton i would give negative stars. this has been the worst experience i have ever had with any company. I would highly suggest that when looking for an insulation company go as far from yvon as possible, and if dave chatterton is involved you would be better off giving up any hope of a quality job being done if it happens at allCUSTOMERS BEWARE

Top quality service, the best price for quality around, management was attentive when dealing with a concern I had brought up. They quickly resolved it. Staff was on time, polite and efficient. Could get a better company to do your insulation.

A private contractor referred by home depot came to give me a quote, he gave me a quote even without bothering to look at the attic. Then I called Yvon insulation, Nathan came and he looked at the attic and said your insulation is perfectly fine and you don't need any update. I really appreciate his honest opinion while he could charge me for doing nothing.

We had drywall delivered yesterday from Yvon Building Supply.I am very impressed with Yvon Building Supply! The customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and had my drywall delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend Yvon Building Supply to anyone. I don't plan on buying drywall, framing and other building supplies anywhere else.

I apologize for the late review but Yvon Insulation was extremely professional and stayed on site till the job was completed! We had some covid issues" but once we resolved they were on the job until it was done! Thank you for doing an awesome job!"
