It was my first time in this store, and I have never been more happier about the service provided by a paint store. I was helped by Sumegha, she was an absolute delight to work with and get help from. She knew what colour tone i was looking to match and also helped me with some advices for my living space and kids rooms. I will recommend everyone to go and get the best possible prices in the market. And thank you Sumegha again for the help.

Every time I'm met with good folk who practice excellent customer service, and really know their stuff. On occasion they were able to extend discounts, which I would have otherwise not noticed on my own They're great! I always recommend this location.

Terrible customer service from one of the managers tonight...did not seem to want to provide any customer service. Asked if he could kindly set aside a few samples (I provided a picture) since I was coming close to closing time, and he said NO we don't do that. Going to Benjamin Moore now.

There are 3 customer parking spots at this paint store and they are filled from open to close with staff members cars. When I asked why this is they said they were super sorry and told me to park on the street which is pay parking. The sign says customer parking..A paint store without parking is ridiculous

Paint is high quality and it can get busy when there's a promotion (so be prepared to perhaps wait a bit). Staff was very helpful in deciding which paint type would work best where, and also which supplies to use. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a painting project coming up.

Went to this location not only were there no parking stalls available so when I did park I had to park in an area where there was no parking but it took so long to get my order processed for a handful of items that I got a parking ticket by the time I came out. Not pleased with the service, location or the city of Vancouver. Use at your own risk

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store
Kanau, the manager at the False Creek Sherwin Williams store, was very helpful while working at another store. There was a phone order mix up for exterior paint that we only realized once we opened the boxes and wanted to tint. Kanau was very courteous, fair and helpful. He went beyond his duties and offered to exchange the paints at his home store. We were between a rock and a hard place. Kudos to Kanau for fair play and great management skills.
