Dale is awesome! Would highly recommend anyone with physiotherapy needs to seek him out. Extremely friendly guy who took the time to fully understand my issue before telling me to do X Y and Z. Dale even brought out an iPad and highlighted my issues using an app with a musculoskeletal diagram and tied together how this muscle can cause tightness here etc. (which I had been complaining about) which really showed he's there for a holistic health solution. Throughout the treatment he provided honest feedback to the injury's situation and prescribed a realistic plan to help improve it with a concise PDF sent to my email that I can reference at home. Will definitely be choosing him in the future.

I found Dr. Dale Rainsford to be very pleasant and at ease with explaining his observations of my injury. He was clear with all the information about his findings and how I might slowly integrate some passive exercises at first leading to more intense ones as my injury heals. I also had IMS performed to the sore areas and have found even after only 5-6 hours a fair bit of relief. I can only hope for even more progress as time passes and would highly recommend Dr. Rainsford as a caring and excellent physiotherapist.

Dale is a knowledgeable, professional, he is a caring and competent physiotherapist. He listens to you and you leave feeling better and stronger. Maybe the aches and pain of aging can be slowed down. Highly recommend.

I saw Dale for a shoulder injury. His assessment skills seemed excellent, and I appreciated his explanations of the specific structures that were compensating for the injury and contributing to shoulder disfunction. Not too many physios I would trust to administer IMS treatment, but Dale has the knowledge, skill and professionalism to make me feel confident in the treatment. What I also really appreciated was the prompt return emails when I required clarification on the rehab program he put me on. Big bonus is that he was able to see me short notice, where as some other practitioners have several months or more of wait time.

This was my first appointment and Dale was incredibly thorough with his diagnoses and we started on a plan today! I have been chasing this back pain for over two years…I feel his IMS treatment is going to be a good part of this recovery!
