Marlee Medical Centre

Visited the clinic recently. I went there as I was told that the line up and wait times can get very long. Dr. Meglis was very helpful and thorough with his assessment, gave me my diagnosis and gave me options on how to manage it. The medical assistants and nurses were also kind and very helpful.

My expectations were low going in based on other reviews and medical care I’ve been receiving lately. I’m happy to report this was the best operation I’ve seen in years. Waiting room jam packed, I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Doctor Rotundo was lovely. Medical assistants were also lovely and put up with a ton of abuse. Be kind and go in expecting a long wait and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I love this clinic but they really need to redo their air cleanliness policy. It used to be until very recently that you could wait outside and they would call you when your turn came. This was a great, progressive policy that meant LESS people would get air-borne infections in the waiting room from sick patients. Now everyone needs to wait their turn, and the wait is long, which is fine, but it doesn't take 3 hours to get an airborne infection from the patient sitting next to you, it doesn't even take 30 minutes in a small, crammed space where air is not rapidly circulated.

Very good place. It is a busy clinic but they give you a Approximate time till you will be seen. Great doctors very Compassionate. Best clinic I have been to.

Long waiting hours, too many patients waiting for their turns, but I go there only for dr. Meglis! He’s such a knowledgeable and super friendly person.

Dr G Meglis has been our family physician for about 25 years. From the first day we met he exemplified great compassion, empathy and extreme professionalism. He's been consistent all these years treating all our family ailments with upmost care. He's organized, a great listener, takes his time to explain and asks questions. Dr Meglis may have a clinic full of patients waiting for him but he treats you like your #1 when it's your turn. On top of being knowledgeable he's witty, he will make you smile which is nice when your not feeling so well. Having Dr Meglis look after us is a blessing, need more MDs like him.

I initially came to the area to go to a different clinic based off of good reviews. They were closed for the day so I walked down the street and came across this clinic. The receptionist was pleasant and told me I wouldn’t have to wait long, about 20 minutes later I saw a nurse who was thorough and efficient. Dr. Goldberg came in shortly after and was both professional and kind. He addressed all of my concerns. Marlee medical clinic is way out of my area but if I need to see a doctor again this is where I will be coming. Thanks!!

This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever came across. The receptionists are rude and never answer the phone. You will always have to wait a minimum of 2 hours if you want to see a doctor, with or without an appointment and good luck leaving a message for someone to call you back. Save yourself the trip. They do not care about their patients.

most uncaring group of professionals I have ever witness. Pushing through patients , telling patients Doctor needs to leave by 3pm not giving a proper exam that reflects patient's needs. Refusing people who are clearly in need of care, one was bleeding and they closed their doors to this person. I understand no one likes to stay longer at work, however you chose this career. You did not go into it not knowing some days will be long. Nothing but poor care at Marlee Medical, uninformative care, rude, and only there to swipe the OHIP Card. You wait just as long to see someone as you would at an Emergency in a Hospital. This placed should be closed down, wrong diagnosis consistently leaving patients no better off then when they went in only to go someplace else for a proper diagnosis but suffering longer periods of time.

Dr Meglis is great, love his perspective and opinions. The staff is also very helpful coordinating referrals and provide great service. I made mistake of trying to reach then later in the day- phone is not available so call during office hours for quick service!
