Leonie and Inoka are very helpful, and the quickest staff in all Money Mart stores I’ve been. Thank you ladies, you’re the best!

horrible service, Racist comments, unprofessional behavior, and arrogant attitude. I went there to transfer some money back home, and upon arrival, the lady told me they were not accepting the soft copies when I asked her what other ids can I bring since I lost all my documents and wallets. the other lady give a little laugh at my accent and told me to repeat 4 times because according to her my accent was too heavy to understand. the representative name was INOKA and the lady was making fun of my accent was TANYA when I asked for her name she sounded so prudent and said" I am the store manager and you can send email since they won't understand your accent" it was such a humiliating and disrespectful experience. please if you have a heavy accent

I went to this branch to claim money sent to me. Ms. Jem cheerfully assisted me with my queries and did my concern efficiently.

Came to this location to obtain an installment loan. I worked with Leonie. She was amazing to work with! MM should be so lucky to have her! There were printer issues, irritated customers and she handled three clients simultaneously while everything pertaining to the application was being sorted. And Leonie did all this with a calm and professional demeanour.Overall a diverse and eclectic clientele here and I am so glad I went and used this service. This is a great location. Thanks!

Lady is too busy on phone to assist customers. I called them and she put the phone on hold for like 10 minutes. She said they do currency exchange before putting the call on hold but when I visited she refused maybe because she was too busy on phone

Her friendly banter and patience was unbelievable as I came into Money Mart not knowing what to do or what to expect. Leony helped me tremendously, went above and beyond to assist me - and even remembered me when I called a week later. WONDERFUL customer service. Thank you Leony for your help, your friendly demeanor and your patience. It meant a lot as I didn't know what to do and what to expect.
