The highlight of my visit to Healthy Planet is when I am greeted and assisted by Karina. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and has genuine compassion for everyone. I always look forward to my visit because I know that my health is in good hands and my experience is always outstanding.Love Healthy Planet and love Karina too!

If i can give this place 10 stars I would!! Amazing store, they have tons of products!! Everything you think of they have it there!Staff is so friendly and nice. Very professional and very helpful. Prices are good as well. And it is pretty cool! I will definitely go back again to buy more stuff!

I bought something that I didn't suspect to have dairy in it and I took it as soon as I left their store before reading the ingredients. I had an allergic reaction and went back into the store. The people there were amazing. The woman who seemed to be either the manager or the supervisor helped me and even took me to the back as my reaction got worse. I started throwing up and getting weaker and in more pain and they all were so supportive. Do I recommend this store to you all, absolutely. The Healthy Planet near Walmart in Milton is the very definition of customer service. Thank you everyone who was on staff in Wednesday May 17, 2023 at around 7:30om-8:30pm. Especially the lady mentioned above and the two gentleman working that night.Even before my allergy attack, they helped me find something for my store throat.I saw someone else's comment and they had a picture and names of the two gentlemen who helped me: Prabhjot and Harsim

I’m a regular at this location. The staff is extremely helpful - prices are very competitive. I went in today and was helped by - Prabhjot, Harsim, Karina and Inshal. All of them are super knowledgeable & helped me pick the right product for my issue. I recommend this place for your health care needs.

I am a regular customer. I am so disappointed how they treated me as their loyal and regular customer. I bought a lot of products here and last Friday, i did not notice that one product I bought was charged twice. I went back today. They said they need to look at the camera. Really? For $7 worth, I will not make some false claim for $7 worth. I did not like what the other lady cashier told me that they need to watch the camera.. I am just being honest here and seems you don’t believe me. It is not my fault and you made some mistakes here you charged me twice. So disappointed with your customer service. By the way, yes you can watch the camera and so you can see who made a mistake here.

Sep- 2022Update, service has gotten better.Jun-2021Store is very nice, but their customer service is not that great. This is the 4th time I go to the store and I always see people that work there chatting between them, and I had to actually interrupt them so I can get some help, and this has happen a couple of times. Another time I was there I was waiting at the cashier and two people that work there were chatting and another person had to interrupt them so I could cash out. The girl that cash me out was in such bad mood that she made me feel uncomfortable.Definitely their customer service has to be improved.
