Pretty good indoor baseball/softball training facility with lots of turf space, batting cages, etc. Only negative is that they have a parents lounge/viewing area but haven't opened it up the last couple of years. Not sure why.

The Athlete Matrix is by far the best volleyball specific strength and conditioning training centre in the GTA. Coaches and facility are top notch. They are great with adapting after an injury. Reid and Melissa are the best!

Windchill of -16, 2+ hour practice to wait for player. Admin kicks us out of parent lounge with a 4 lb dog sitting on her blanket. So instead we sit out in the car with it running and wait for practice to be over for two hours.Ridiculous. Not only for the environment but for player support and just in general. Pets are part of the family, especially support animals, there is absolutely no reason for us not to be allowed there.
