Don't wreck your tool, go to a real parts stocking dealer like CR in Riverview, or Alfs Sharpening in Salisbury! Or buy your brand name parts & go to Steves Small Engine Saloon on YouTube and fix your tool, yourself!

Wed noon delivered snow blower to shop. Explained problem, no start after several years of storage.Fri afternoon receive call with problem explanation and repair estimate. Went to support small local, ended up selling my wife a 500$ lawnmower. Nothing special about it, also bought a tiller that never did end up working (he even 'fixed' it again). Tries to say that you cant get replacement parts from ct products. Wasn't impressed, probably better options available

Not a competent mechanic. Bought a tiller from him and have had nothing but issues. All he does is blame China. I actually went to the parent company and got permission to have a non dealer to do warranty work. Stay Away

Stopped to buy a case of chain oil on Saturday afternoon as I was driving by and seen owner outside and door open . Upon arriving owner pretty much in my opinion rudely ranted about not being open and not open until Tuesday in a tone of voice not generally used by a appreciative small business owner. I will be taking my business elsewhere thanks

Gordon and Harold spent the better part of two hours removing a frozen trimmer head from a weed trimmer I didn't purchase there. Seemed happy to do it. I was charged only the price of a new trimmer head; nothing for the labor involved.Five stars, because I cannot think of a single thing they could have done to made my experience better.

Honest family business, with excellent service and products. If your looking for above and beyond one on one service this is the place to go. They carry very high end professional equipment at unbeatable prices, why go anywhere else? I bought a beautiful professional series echo chainsaw from them and it's exactly what I needed. They won't sell you what you don't need and they know their stuff. They also service what they sell and stand behind their products. Not a big box store and has what the big box stores don't. Great knowledgeable guys in this local shop. Great products, service, and clean. We had our lawn tractor serviced and purchased a few items including a chainsaw. Highly recommend this place for any small engine needs.
