Everyone was so kind and helpful! Loved the washing station. They had high pressure warm water and variety of shampoo to choose from. Had lots of extra towels and a blow dryer! Store was also very clean. And pup got lots of treats. We'll be back.

I never knew a store like this existed! The owner is very kind. I'm new to the neighborhood and this was a very great welcoming surprise.As soon as I walked into the store, the owner asked if I needed help and I pulled out my phone to show him a picture of a specific dog food I needed. He immediately went out of his way to guide me to the dog food and even carried the 25 lb bag to the front! I then asked him for the treat section and he personally guided me there and also showed me the toy section! I expected him to point in a general direction but he went out of his way to show me where everything was. That's amazingly kind! He told me the perks of having a free membership there and I signed up immediately.The owner really went out of his way to help me! That extreme friendliness makes me want to make this pet store my main store to get everything that I need. I think I'll even come soon to get my dog groomed/washed here. What a great experience.

Love the dog wash station! We went one day and couldn't get a time as walkin, but called and schedule for the next day and it was great. The team is super friendly and welcoming.

Staff are always so friendly at Bosley’s. Appreciate their help and providing small free sample and treats whenever my pup and I visit.

Best Bosley’s I have ever been to… clean towels, bath tubs for dog wash and wide variety of shampoos.. bonus: there is always treats for the puppers .

This is a location where we bring our dog to for a shower every now and then. it has a lot of large variety of pet foods, accessories, and toys. So far I saw that they include dog, cat and bird items. This store is located in a large shopping plaza so parking has never been an issue.it is highly recommended to book an appointment for the dog shower before coming. although you can do to shower at home, I just find it much easier when there are all the necessary equipment required to a shower without messing up your home which will result in a lot of Cleanups in the end.

AMAZING. I adore this store, I have looked high and low for a store that had a good small animal section. Finally a store that actually has variety. And people can say it's because it's much bigger - but it's truky because they are inclusive. I've went to way bigger stores and they have half to a quarter of the selection they have. Not to mention the self serving bath area, the fact are giving out coupons for some sort of dental work for dogs. And the staff is beyond lovely. Spoke with both associates and the manager and I can definitely confirm this will be my pet store going forward. Sorry Petsmart, but this store is far Superior.

New store, love the dog wash option and the stores dog. Bought a toy for my dog and loves it! Went back to use the fog wash station and it was awesome!!!
