The Wellness Farm

Wellness Farm is such a serene and calming place. I have gone there for Sequex sessions and it has helped my arthritic discomfort so much that I can easily scrub windows and floors! The postural alignment and exercises she gave me was amazing. Rona is so easy to talk with and every time i leave, I leave with a smile on my face and just an overall calmness! Thank you Rona for offering these services but even more for being the amazing woman you are!

If you want a life changing experience look no future then here. The timing was unbelievable in my life and exactly what I needed. I continue to meet up with Rona and work with the horses as the messages help me out so much. Plus the facilities are great, and the cabins are the amazing. The whole retreat is one that I will never forget and always want more of.

I attended a 1 night retreat last weekend and it was just what I needed. The restorative yoga positions and exercises were targeted for my sore lower back, the food was scrumptious, the horses are lovely, and Rona is a wonderful listener and is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I feel like I learned, relearned and gained clarity on a lot of issues in my life. I didnt know what to expect from the retreat when I arrived, but it turns out I got what I needed! Thank you Rona and equines for a wonderful experience!

A truly unique and spiritual experience! Very relaxing atmosphere, and I would highly recommend Rona is very professional! The experience with the horses is very calming and really is connecting! I'm amazed how this experience brings clarity. I will be returning again for sure! : )

My son (17) has had multiple concussions over the years. He is an athletic kid who love sports with all he has in him but his head takes a beating! Rona understood the frustrations we had as parents with a child who wants to play but is limited in his abilities. She worked with him and provided some Sequex treatments that relieved him of the constant headaches he was suffering from. We purchased multiple treatments, not knowing how many it would take and after 3 or 4 treatments, he was back his normal self. Rona is kind, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. We would highly recommend The Wellness Farm!
