Each time we order from this location the service gets worse and worse. No smile, no communication. You ask to get toppings they will literally put 3 pieces of lettuce and 1 tiny slice of tomato or any topping you ask to add more of- they start giving you dirty looks. Even when you tell them please or try to brighten the mood they start giving you an attitude. We are paying for service not a service with a side of attitude.I’m not sure if the manager trained them properly or gave them any customer service experience but this is completely unacceptable. If a customer is coming in with a great attitude and leaves feeling degraded then you know that there’s a problem. There’s a reason that this location has lost so many customers and so many people warn others not to go there.A tip from a manager who knows how people should be greeted- especially in the hospitality industry: the people you employee are the face of your company- even a little kind gesture of a smile or a thank you will do wonders to a company.No one should be treated like they’re less than or made to feel like they’re pestering the people who are serving them.Horrific experience and left a disgusting taste in our mouth. Avoid this location like the plague.

Worker closed the wash room for no other reason then being lazy, so she do not need to clean at closing.I will never visit this location again.

Walked in this morning and there no costumers. I have asked for as tray of sandwiches which if I am not mistaken is 4 foot longs cut into 3 pieces each. Was refused as I was told that trays need to be ordered at least 24 hr in advance. I could understand when there's a lineup but the shop was empty. As a business owner I would want to know about incidents like these at my business.So I ordered 2 foot longs, it would literally take her another 3 minutes to create 2 more :) Lazy?Questionable freshness of ingredients.. the tomatoes looked extremely tired and the lettuce was half brown. For my tuna sandwiches she was scooping the container that was empty to put on my sandwich- why not get a new container?.Anyway, I usually go to a different location and now I understand there is a huge difference between the two.

services for walk-in customers was horrible, they quickly try to make online orders. the staff did not change her gloves from making sandwich, cashing guest out, adding toilet paper in washroom. one person trying to run the store is not possible and shows you are taking short-cuts to making unclean items. visit the other location down the street--the price is lower and they have more staff following the results.

I only gave them a star because I can’t opt of no stars. This has to be the worst subway / food place I’ve ever been to. They’re rude and slow and do not listen to your order. They took more than 20 minutes to make 4 subs.
