Gus' Indoor Dog Park and Daycare

I absolutely love bringing my dog Willow here! Alana is fantastic not only with the dogs, but just a great person in general. I feel so comfortable and relaxed dropping my dog off knowing she’s getting the exercise and attention needed while I’m at work. If I could give a higher rating I would!! I live in poco and work in Langley so it’s out of my way but I refuse to go anywhere else! If you don’t like it here, it says something about you not Gus’!

This is the spot you want to take your dog to during those days where you want to stay in doors, they don't really have a breed restriction... I think. The owner, Alana is super friendly. Service is top notch, I just wished we lived closer.. I highly recommend check this place out if you live near the area or are even stopping by near the area

My dog loves going to Gus’ daycare. Alana and the staff are great and so careful to ensure that our best friends are having a fun time at the daycare.I love watching the videos they post 2x a day with the dogs playing and napping.Thanks, Alana and team!!

I came in couple of months ago and left 6 voicemails. I also left a call back number and tried numerous times over an hour period. I travelled about an hour away and prior to leaving to the indoor dog park. It did not say on the website that the indoor dog park turned into a day care only. When I arrived there the employee seemed like she did not want to be there and was very rude and said we don't have a dog park and when I informed her it doesn't say anywhere on the website that it is no longer a dog park she informed us that it has been a daycare since 2020 as no business hours are listed and no mention of the dog park changing into daycare. Worst experience would not reccomend

Brought our dog Bandit here yesterday for the first time for the indoor dog park and he LOVED it! Alanna, Gus & her team are kind, welcoming and to the point. All the rules are reasonable and I love that Bandit can play and just be himself without having to constantly worry about little dogs being offended or scared of him. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back again! Bandit was exhausted but so so happy. Alanna is amazing with the dogs - so patient, loving and strict when needed. I can’t say enough good things about Gus’! Oh! And Gus is a total treat, he’s such a sweetheart of a pup as well! Can’t wait to bring Bandit back for more fun!

We have had such an incredible experience at Gus’. We started taking our dog Archie there when he was about 6 months old and he loves it. There are not many people I trust my dog with, but the owner here for sure is one of them. I always recommend her to anyone that is looking for daycare. She offers extremely good hours and fair pricing. The owner is beyond friendly and is always up for a good chat when I come in to get my dog.

Our dog loves going to Gus' and we've always had a positive experience taking her there and with Alana. Our dog comes home happy and snoozy and we get updates on how she was during the day. Alana posts videos and photos of the dogs during the day and all of them get some one on one time too. Walkies are included. We've also used the boarding and got photos and videos on how our little one was doing. Happy to support this local business. Thanks for taking such good care of our little fur child.

Called 4 times (over a span of a couple hours) until someone picked up. Called the first time... no answer. Called a second time.. no answer, called a 3rd time and was hung up on. Called a 4th time and they finally picked up. Was looking forward to the indoor dog park that stated it was OPEN, however when I called in they had told me the indoor dog park was closed due to COVID and that they were only operating as a daycare which is totally fine. I just wish it had stated that online instead of me having to waste time and keep calling for an answer. The person on the phone was quick to hang up although I still had a couple more questions, all I said was okay!" and they hung up.I understand this is a small business and it can be hard to answer the phone but just from the phone call alone and the professionalism in the responses given to other negative reviews I will not be considering taking my pups here."

Alana does a fantastic job of making sure the dogs at Gus' get the attention and care that they need. Our border collie absolutely loves visiting for daycare, and the huge volume of happy dogs we see when we pick her up shows that she's not alone. Highly recommended!

For a few months now I've been bringing my dog here once or twice a week for daycare while im at work and I absolutely love it. My dog spends all day running around, the gus' facebook page is frequently updated with pictures and videos so I can see how much fun he's having throughout the day. There are tons of fun toys and the staff do a great job of keeping an eye on the social dynamics of the dogs. My dog gets super excited from a few blocks away when we are driving here because he loves it so much! Totally recommend for drop in or daycare :)
