I, too, purchased a voucher for their services and never heard from them. I emailed and filled out their online form numerous times, no reply. I was looking for a cleaning service, for more than one time, so, as a potential customer, am very disappointed and frustrated. Very poor business practices.

We had a grout and tile cleaning done on Tuesday. When we purchased our home it was clear the previous owners wore there shoes indoor and had large pets. The tile was impossible to get clean. The cleaning we had done on Tuesday was amazing. Very professional and they did an amazing job. We are very happy with our new floors!

I purchased a GROUPON for this cleaning service for my daughter. She and I have both called numerous times leaving voice messages because there is never an answer as well as I left an email message on their website. We have still not heard anything from them in weeks, and today I called again, and their voice message mailbox is full. I am reporting this to GROUPONVERY UNHAPPY POTENTIAL CLIENT I give them a NO STAR but this review forces me to chose at least one star
