Good place to work.

Not a good company. They constantly just randomly reach out to people on job websites with job offers because they have such high turn over. Every time I post my resume online looking for employment they reach out to me and NEVER follow up. The person I spoke to in the recruitment department was a joke, I never heard back from them despite my multiple emails and calls. The recruitment person I was speaking with never scheduled an interview for me despite all this big talk about being interested in my services based on my professional credentials. Avoid.

Not a nice place to visit, some employees were very rude

Was run off road near airport by one of their vans. Dangerous driver, safety does not come first with this establishment.

Highly disappointed in how the company takes care of matters internally with no professionalism. Management is a joke and lies right to your face about things that they promise. There are no updats on anything you ask or how your doing on the job. They drag out your day to the fullest and then leave you uninformed. I expected better from a company owned by Toyota. What a joke.Also highly over priced on repairs and labor time, They rip you off with a smile on your face. You would expect more from yet again a company owned by Toyota.

Very bad quality of the new modal Raymond trucks. Our first Raymond truck broke down 3 times in a year, second Raymond truck broke down twice in 6 months. Johnston Equipment charged over $3000 for fixing a $4000 truck that is still under warranty and the fix would last no more than 2 months. This is how they make money! We finally dumped both trucks to garbage collection center.

Beware of Johnsons Equipment's Ridiculous Service FeesI recently had an extremely frustrating and costly experience with Johnsons Equipment that I feel compelled to share. I called them to have a technician come out to my warehouse to assess an issue with one of our tires. To my shock, they charged me not one, but four service fees just for their technician to spend a mere 10 minutes looking at the tire and informing me that it needed to be changed.This absurd practice ended up costing me close to $400, and that's without any actual service being done! All I received for that hefty price tag was the obvious observation that my tire was not in good condition. It's an absolute scam, and I urge anyone considering using Johnsons Equipment to think twice before inviting their predatory service fees into your business.It's deeply disappointing to see a company take advantage of customers in this way. Johnsons Equipment has lost my trust, and I will not be using their services again. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable company for your equipment needs.
